What we collect
When you request a meeting through the form on this site, we collect:
- your name and your role at the practice
- your phone number or email address, whichever you choose
- your clinic's name and its area or city
Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. See Cookies and analytics below. We do not use advertising cookies.
This site never asks for patient or health information. Please do not send any through the form.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about the meeting you asked for, and to prepare for it. We do not send newsletters, we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you choose "Accept All", we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are read. It records things like the pages you view, the site that sent you, your approximate location (city or region), and your device and browser. We use this only to improve the site, never for advertising, and we cannot see who you are from it.
If you choose "Decline", or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. The site works the same either way. We remember your choice in your browser, so we do not ask on every visit.
Who helps us run this
A small number of service providers process this information on our behalf, only to provide their service:

Some of these providers may process information outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep a meeting request only as long as we need it to arrange and follow up the meeting, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct it or bring it up to date
- delete it
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to valenceops@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Questions and complaints
For privacy questions or complaints, write to valenceops@gmail.com. One of the founders handles every privacy request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
Information travels to us over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Meeting requests are stored with access restricted to our team, and they cannot be read through the public website.

This page covers this website only. When we work with a practice, how its patients' information is handled is set out in our agreement with that practice.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
